Back to Basics: Expand Your Reach with Linked Organizations

June 3, 2026

Many organizations operate more than one brand, property, team, or department. Whether you're managing multiple sports programs, overseeing several venues, or coordinating marketing efforts across a larger ownership group, connecting those audiences can create new opportunities for engagement and revenue.

That's where FEVO's Linked Organizations feature comes in.

What Are Linked Orginazations?

Linked Organizations allow multiple FEVO organizations to be connected under a shared structure. Once linked, organizations can issue post-transaction codes that buyers redeem across different organizations within the group.

In simple terms, a purchase made through one organization can unlock an Offer from another.

For organizations looking to maximize audience engagement across multiple properties, this creates a seamless way to introduce buyers to new events, teams, and experiences.

Why Does This Matter?

Many organizations have audiences that naturally overlap. A buyer who attends basketball games may also be interested in football. A venue guest may be interested in future events hosted by a sister property. A university may want to promote experiences across multiple athletic programs.

Without a connected system, these opportunities often require manual coordination or separate marketing campaigns.

Linked Organizations makes it easy to create coordinated promotions that connect buyers across your entire ecosystem while maintaining separate financial reporting for each organization.

How It Works

Setting up Linked Organizations is straightforward:

  1. Create or join a linked group within Organization Settings.
  2. Add the organizations you want to connect.
  3. Create a post-transaction code and enable sharing within the linked group.
  4. Designate:
    1. The initial Offer where the buyer makes their purchase.
    2. The redemption Offer where the code will be used.
  5. Test the purchase and redemption experience.

Once configured, buyers can seamlessly move from one Offer to another across participating organizations.

Common Ways Organizations Use Linked Organizations

Cross-Promote Teams and Events

Encourage buyers to explore additional experiences by connecting related Offers.

For example:

  • Buy basketball tickets and receive an exclusive football Offer.
  • Purchase tickets to an opening event and unlock access to a future event hosted by another organization.

Support Multi-Team Ownership Groups

Organizations that manage multiple teams can use Linked Organizations to introduce fans to other properties within their portfolio.

This helps increase exposure, drive attendance, and create additional touchpoints with existing buyers.

Connect University Athletic Programs

Athletic departments can promote events across multiple sports while maintaining separate operations and reporting structures.

A buyer attending one sport can easily be introduced to experiences offered by another program.

Coordinate Venue and Property Promotions

Venues that host diverse events can create campaigns that encourage repeat engagement across different brands, event types, or properties within their network.

One Audience, More Opportunities

Your buyers already trust your organization. Linked Organizations helps you extend that relationship by creating relevant opportunities for engagement across the experiences you offer.

Instead of treating each organization as a separate destination, you can create connected journeys that help buyers discover more while driving additional value across your entire portfolio.
