NC State Volleyball and Wolfpack Club Joined Forces to Fundraise with FEVO

The Problem

The NC State Volleyball program planned to host a volleyball coaches clinic, led by Olympic-level coaches to enhance coaching knowledge and share new drills. However, the program faced challenges in managing the clinic’s box office and sales operations due to busy schedules and roadblocks in fundraising compliance for their designated cause, The Volleyball Enhancement Fund. The team worked with the NC State Athletics fundraising division to find an efficient solution that enabled them to effortlessly handle registrations, payments, and fundraising while focusing on the clinic's preparation and execution.

The Solution

The Volleyball program sought help from Laura Aspland and her team at the Wolfpack Club, which turned to FEVO’s tools for this campaign. Through FEVO, the Club was able to set up a streamlined checkout process with comprehensive data collection, integrated fundraising options, and easy ways for participants to register and share the clinic information.

For data collection and reporting, the platform required custom questions directly on the Offer page, which enhanced data capture and eliminated the need for follow-ups. FEVO also provided permission-based access to real-time reporting, which allowed specific team members to easily see who registered and how much had been raised without needing to constantly reach out for updates. The Wolfpack team was also able to easily cancel and refund participants and adjust the campaign deadline.
