Additionally, the FEVO Drawer, integrated natively into the ONE MusicFest website, enabled ONE MusicFest to showcase two clear options: “Buy Tickets” or “Buy Later.” For those choosing the pay-later option, the FEVO Drawer initiates the payment plan checkout without leaving the page, preserving the branding and user experience.
Plus, FEVO’s integration with Front Gate pushes all customer information and order data in real-time, eliminating the need for manual data transfers and takes the onus of managing layaways and following up for payment collections off of the festival organizer.
