WhAT is FEVO?

FEVO is an advanced e-commerce technology that allows friends to gather, plan and purchase together. We’ve been in business since 2016 and have partnered with over 600+ clients in the live event space, including your favorite sports teams and music festivals.  

ARE MY TICKETS VERIFIED?

Yes. Tickets come straight from the artists, teams or venues themselves – we are not a reseller or a secondary market. FEVO makes it easier to buy tickets online with friends. Our technology integrates with ticketing providers like Ticketmaster, Paciolan, and Tickets.com -- so you are guaranteed to get verified tickets straight from the source.

HOW IS BUYING TICKETS ON FEVO DIFFERENT?

FEVO is revolutionizing the ticket purchase process, so things work a bit differently. After making your purchase, you'll get a personalized link to share with your friends. This link will include the items you purchased, so your friends can join you in the same experience. They can get access to purchase seats in the same section and can purchase merchandise, parking and more. Some offers even include rewards so the bigger your group, the better the reward!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I BUY TICKETS FROM AN OFFER POWERED BY FEVO?

After you complete your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from FEVO. This email will have a summary of your purchase and details on how your tickets can be accessed. Your tickets may be included in this confirmation email, but most ticket access instructions are emailed 24-48 hours before the start of your event. Tickets are often digital, accessed via your smartphone through an app or wallet pass, rather than printable on paper.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

First, check your spam/junk or other “smart” email folders: FEVO confirmation emails are sent from the address letsgo@FEVO.com soon after your purchase is complete. If you still don’t see your confirmation, it’s possible that you may not have entered your email correctly during checkout.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DIDN’T ENTER MY EMAIL CORRECTLY AT CHECKOUT?

Oops! Please reach out to us here, and provide us with the event date and details, along with your confirmation number if you have it. We’ll do our best to correct the account email, but often the ticket needs to be updated by the on-site box office.

TICKET DELIVERY

HOW ARE TICKETS DELIVERED?

Tickets or ticket instructions will be delivered via email. Depending on the ticket provider, your tickets will either be available as a PDF attached to the email, or accessed via a link in the email. Check out details below for specific ticket providers and special notes for upcoming events.


MLB TICKET ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. On your smartphone, download the MLB Ballpark App.
  2. Login using your MLB.com account or sign-up with your email address and password. 
  3. Link your Ticket Account: Select the team and submit your email address associated with your ticket purchase.
  4. Check your email to confirm and grant access.
  5. Tap “Wallet” to see your tickets.
  6. Tap “View” to access the barcode and scan in for entry.

TICKETMASTER TICKET ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. On your smartphone, go to https://am.ticketmaster.com and search for your team or event.
  2. Using the email address entered at FEVO checkout, log onto your account or click "Forgot Your Password" to reset your password.
  3. Select your event.
  4. View your ticket QR code or add to your mobile wallet.

PACIOLAN MOBILE WALLET PASS INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. On your smartphone, open the FEVO email with your Mobile Wallet Pass ticket delivery details.
  2. Tap "Add to Wallet” to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
  3. To use the tickets at the event, go to your “Wallet” app, click on the event ticket to access the barcode and scan in for entry.

TICKETS(.)COM PASS INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. On your smartphone, open the email from your team/event with your Mobile Wallet Pass ticket delivery.
  1. Tap “Add to Wallet” to add your tickets to your mobile wallet.
  1. To use the tickets at the event, go to your “Wallet” app, click on the event ticket to access the barcode and scan in for entry.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Refunds are subject to refund policies of specific teams and venues related to your event. To submit a refund request, log in to myfevo.com and click the yellow “Need Help?” button. Under the “Subject” field, select “Refund Request” and provide the necessary information. We will route your request to the appropriate parties, but refunds are not guaranteed.

HOW DO I CONTACT FEVO?
